Important Details Before You Book
Furniture construction and condition vary significantly. Photographs and accurate information are required before certain projects can be approved.

Particleboard, pressed wood, glass, stone, antique, or custom materials
Existing cracks, loose joints, stripped screws, or previous repairs
Furniture attached to walls, floors, ceilings, plumbing, or electrical systems
Oversized items, restricted access, stairs, elevators, or narrow doorways
Items that have already been partially assembled or disassembled
Whether packaging, debris, or old furniture must be removed
IMPORTANT NOTE
Disassembly and reassembly can weaken certain particleboard, pressed-wood, antique, damaged, or previously repaired furniture. Soulful Shifters may decline work that cannot be completed safely or without a significant risk of damage.
Wall mounting, permanent anchoring, electrical connections, plumbing connections, gas appliances, structural alterations, and work requiring a licensed trade professional are not included.
Missing parts, unclear instructions, damaged furniture, or undisclosed conditions may require additional time, rescheduling, or cancellation under the applicable service policy.
