Customer Preparation Checklist
Proper preparation is the single biggest factor influencing move efficiency, service duration, and overall experience.
Well-prepared moves are smoother, faster, and less stressful.
Packing Readiness
Customers should ensure:
• Boxes fully sealed
• Boxes properly weighted
• Fragile items secured
• Loose items contained
Unpacked or partially packed items may extend service time.
Furniture Readiness
Where applicable:
• Empty drawers
• Disconnect electronics
• Secure moving parts
• Protect delicate surfaces
Appliance Prep
If appliances are included:
• Fully disconnected
• Drained (if required)
• Ready for handling
We do not perform utility disconnections.
Access Preparation
Customers must confirm:
• Elevator reservations (if required)
• Parking conditions
• Entry permissions
• Access codes / gate codes
• Doorman coordination
