Soulful Shifters Moving LLC operates under clearly defined service standards to ensure consistency, professionalism, risk control, and operational transparency.

By booking services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the policies and standards outlined below.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Soulful Shifters Moving LLC provides labor-only services.
• We do not provide or operate moving trucks unless explicitly contracted.
• We do not drive customer-owned or rental vehicles.
• We are not responsible for the mechanical condition of rental trucks or customer vehicles.

Customer remains responsible for:

• Securing appropriate transportation
• Ensuring vehicle readiness
• Providing accurate job details

Failure to disclose material job details (stairs, long carries, heavy items, specialty items, elevator restrictions, etc.) may result in additional charges or service modification.

Moving operations require coordinated labor allocation and route sequencing.

Customers will receive:

• Booking confirmation
• Arrival window
• Courtesy notification when feasible

Arrival windows are not guaranteed arrival times. Operational variables including traffic, weather, prior job completion, and building access may affect exact arrival.

Late arrival does not constitute breach of contract.

Upon booking, Soulful Shifters Moving LLC reserves trained crew members and blocks scheduling time exclusively for the customer.

Reserved labor time is removed from availability and may not be resold.

Deposits, reservation fees, and minimum service charges compensate for:

• Crew allocation
• Administrative scheduling
• Reserved labor time

Cancellation terms are governed separately under the Cancellation Policy.

Soulful Shifters Moving LLC maintains strict behavioral and professionalism standards.

Customers can expect:

• Respectful crew conduct
• Clear communication
• Organized execution
• Professional appearance
• Compliance with safety standards

We do not tolerate:

• Rudeness
• Aggression
• Harassment
• Carelessness
• Substance use on-site
• Unprofessional behavior

The Company reserves the right to remove or replace crew members if necessary.

Soulful Shifters Moving LLC reserves the right to modify, delay, or suspend services where conditions present safety risks, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous environments
• Biohazards or unsanitary conditions
• Unsafe structures
• Obstructed pathways
• Dangerous materials
• Weather-related hazards

If unsafe conditions are identified, the customer will be notified immediately.

If conditions cannot be corrected, services may be suspended without refund of reservation fees.

Customer agrees to:

• Ensure clear and safe pathways
• Reserve elevators where required
• Secure parking and access
• Disclose all stairs, long carries, and heavy items
• Be present at the scheduled service location

Failure to provide accurate information may result in:

• Additional hourly charges
• Stair or long-carry fees
• Extended service time
• Service suspension

If services exceed the pre-booked duration:

Work will continue at the agreed hourly rate unless the customer provides written instruction to stop.

Customer authorizes additional hourly billing for time worked beyond the scheduled duration.

Minimum service time requirements apply.

Soulful Shifters Moving LLC is responsible only for damage resulting from proven crew negligence.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Improper packing by customer
• Structural building defects
• Mechanical failure of rental equipment
• Customer-provided equipment

Damage claims must be reported before crew departure from the job site.

Failure to report before departure may result in claim denial.

Soulful Shifters Moving LLC shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Road closures
• Civil disturbances

Services may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.
