Soulful Shifters provides labor-only moving services. Customers provide the rental truck, trailer, moving container, transportation, and authorized driver. Soulful Shifters employees do not operate customer-owned or customer-rented vehicles.

Step 1 — Confirm Your Service Reservation

Customers may secure service through one of the following channels:

• Direct Booking with Soulful Shifters Moving
• Marketplace Booking via HireAHelper

Each confirmed booking generates documented service details, including:

• Scheduled date and arrival window
• Crew size allocation
• Scope of labor services
• Pricing structure and time parameters

A reservation is considered secured once written confirmation is issued.

Step 2 — Operational Review & Pre-Move Coordination

Prior to service day, our operations team evaluates logistical factors that impact execution:

• Property access and entry conditions
• Stair and elevator considerations
• Parking and loading zone access
• Item weight and specialty handling disclosures

Clear pre-service communication ensures accurate crew allocation and time management.

Step 3 — Professional On-Site Execution

On service day, our uniformed team will:

• Arrive within the confirmed arrival window
• Conduct a brief site assessment
• Execute loading and/or unloading services
• Utilize professional-grade moving equipment
• Follow established safety protocols

Soulful Shifters Moving LLC provides labor-only services unless otherwise contracted in writing.

All services are executed in accordance with documented scope and agreed parameters.

Step 4 — Completion, Documentation & Finalization

Upon service completion:

• Total time is documented
• Service scope is confirmed
• Payment is processed according to booking channel
• Documentation is archived for recordkeeping

Operational Standards & Compliance

  • Our teams operate under defined behavioral expectations, including:

    Unprofessional conduct is not tolerated.

  • Service may be modified, delayed, or suspended where conditions present material safety risks, including but not limited to:

    • Hazardous environments
    • Structural instability
    • Obstructed pathways
    • Dangerous materials
    • Unsafe working conditions

    Safety decisions are made at Company discretion.

  • Soulful Shifters maintains commercial general liability insurance, subject to the terms, limits, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable policy.

    Customers should maintain appropriate insurance protection for their belongings and rental vehicle. Soulful Shifters provides labor-only moving services and does not provide transportation or operate customer-owned or customer-rented vehicles.

  • Where applicable, the Company operates in compliance with:

    • Local business licensing requirements
    • Municipal operational regulations
    • Platform standards (where marketplace bookings apply)

  • We operate on documentation, process control, and structured execution.
