Soulful Shifters Moving LLC

All services provided by Soulful Shifters Moving LLC are performed in accordance with the scope of work confirmed prior to the scheduled service date.

By booking services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

The confirmed scope of work includes:

• Service type (labor-only unless otherwise stated)
• Crew size
• Estimated duration
• Service locations
• Special handling disclosures

Only the services outlined in the confirmed booking will be performed.

Any services requested outside the confirmed scope are considered a modification.

Modifications to the scope of work may require:

• Additional labor
• Extended time
• Additional crew members
• Operational adjustments
• Revised pricing

All modifications must be approved by an authorized Company representative.

Crew members on-site are not authorized to:

• Negotiate pricing
• Approve discounts
• Waive fees
• Modify contractual terms

Any changes must be documented and acknowledged prior to continuation of services.

Pre-booked hours are estimates based on information provided by the customer.

Final billing reflects actual time worked.

If service exceeds pre-booked duration:

• Additional time will be billed at the agreed hourly rate
• Work will continue unless the customer directs otherwise in writing

Customer acknowledges that failure to disclose stairs, long carries, heavy items, or access restrictions may increase service time.

4. Access & Site Conditions

Customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Safe and legal access to both locations
• Elevator reservations (if applicable)
• Parking accommodations
• Clear and unobstructed pathways

Delays caused by access issues, undisclosed conditions, or environmental factors may result in additional billable time.

Only written confirmations issued by Soulful Shifters Moving LLC constitute valid agreement terms.

Verbal discussions, text messages, or assumptions do not supersede written booking confirmations.

If service was booked through a third-party platform (including HireAHelper or Porch), that platform’s governing terms may also apply.

By booking, paying a deposit, or permitting services to begin, the customer agrees to:

• The confirmed scope of work
• The applicable hourly rates
• Overage billing terms
• Company service standards
• Cancellation and modification policies.
