IMPORTANT NOTE
Transportation delays do not automatically guarantee that the crew can remain available beyond the confirmed service window. Pianos, safes, exercise machines, commercial equipment, hazardous materials, and other specialty items require advance review and may not be accepted.
Undisclosed conditions, unsafe vehicles, insufficient space, or major schedule changes may require additional time, a revised crew plan, rescheduling, or cancellation under the applicable service policy.
