Soulful Shifters Moving LLC operates under structured, documented pricing protocols designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and operational integrity.
By booking services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following pricing terms:

All pricing is determined by:
• Confirmed scope of work
• Crew size selected
• Estimated service duration
• Access conditions (stairs, elevators, long carries)
• Item complexity and special handling requirements
• Time actually worked on-sitePre-booked hours are estimates only.
Final billing reflects actual time worked.

Soulful Shifters Moving LLC currently provides:
• Loading & unloading services
• Packing & unpacking
• Furniture assembly & disassembly
• In-home or on-site labor supportWe do not provide transportation unless explicitly stated.
Customers booking labor-only services are responsible for:
• Securing rental trucks
• Reserving freight elevators
• Obtaining parking permits
• Ensuring vehicle legality and access -
If service exceeds pre-booked time:
• Additional hours are billed at the agreed hourly rate
• Work continues unless the customer directs otherwise
• Crew members are contractually required to stay up to two (2) additional hours beyond pre-booked timeFailure to disclose:
• Flights of stairs
• Long carries
• Oversized items
• Limited access conditionsmay increase service duration and billing.

A “flight of stairs” is defined as four (4) or more consecutive steps between floors.
The first flight may be included depending on booking platform terms.
Additional flights may incur fees at both loading and unloading locations.
Long carries (extended distance from truck to entry point) may require additional time billing.
All such conditions must be disclosed at booking.

Soulful Shifters Moving LLC does not charge hidden fees.
However:
• Undisclosed complexity may affect final billing
• Change orders may affect pricing
• Additional services will be documented before executionCrew members are not authorized to:
• Modify pricing
• Offer discounts
• Waive charges
• Negotiate ratesOnly written confirmation from an authorized Company representative constitutes valid pricing adjustment.

If services are booked through a third-party marketplace (including HireAHelper or Porch Moving Group):
• Platform fees and structures may apply
• Platform terms govern payment processing
• Platform cancellation terms may override direct booking termsCustomers are responsible for reviewing applicable platform policies prior to booking.

For platform-managed jobs:
• Payment is released upon completion and invoice approval
• Delays in signature may delay payment processingFor direct bookings:
• Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
Failure to remit payment may result in collection action.
